Basin 141 is located in the heart of Monrovia; it is surrounded by numerous other businesses offering food and services. The menu consisted of food of all kinds and they even have items that can be veganized. I ordered the Chopped Kale Caesar Salad and it was truly delicious. I skipped the poached egg, shredded Parmesan, and dressing for squeezed lemon. The portion sizes were also very good. It is a medium sized gastropub and has plenty of charm. They have clean restrooms and outdoor dining; weekend brunch available only on the weekends. I have my eyes on the Buffalo cauliflower without the bleu dressing next time. The service was wonderful and the vibe was great. This was one of the things I did on that day that made me smile. #SmileDaily

The atmosphere is always a vibe! I heard the Ahi Tuna salad is bomb but i got the Tomato soup & grilled cheese, the soup was delicious but the sand which could've had more of that garlic flavor, & the cheese seemed cold already. But the nachos were good i'd still come again.

Had brunch here this morning and it was perf. It was empty around 10:15am when we got there and wasn't half full by the time we left at 11:45. They have bottomless mimosas with purchase of an entree, but we had tat appointments right after brunch, so we couldn't get that lol. My friends had the breakfast burgers, which were enormous. One subbed the salad for garlic fries and those were amazing. I had the breakfast burrito and couldn't finish it even though I was starving. Paired that with 2 bloody marys, which were perfect. It's super cute inside and had good lighting for pics. They had a lot of stuff on tap. Would definitely come back here to try some dinner and beer sometime.

Once again I would love to say this place is awesome ! The food and beer are great and service is on point. Stopped by on Sunday and ordered the Buffalo wings and the pan seared potstickers off their Sunday football menu. The wings were cooked perfectly , the potstickers were tasty. They have beer and drink specials as well. My daughter ordered the cheeseburger sliders off the kids menu and she enjoyed them too. This spot is a favorite of mine for sure!

We decided to do a date night but wanted to bring our dog Peanut. We've been wanting to try this place for a while because we always see it pretty packed when we walk around old town Monrovia. So when we saw that they are pet friendly, we decided to eat here for dinner. We made it here for happy hour so we ordered a few things from the HH menu. It was an Old Fashion kind of night for my man. He said it was pretty good, especially for $8 during HH. We started with Carnitas Taco and Crisp Pork Belly Taco, which were quite food. We also got the HH: Mini Corn Dogs & Beer Battered Onion Rings. I can definitely taste the beer in the batter. We also order Pickens Chicken Sandwich with Garlic Parmesan Fries. The sandwich was decent, but the star was the garlic Parmesan fries. All in all the service is great and food was good. It was a good night.

Fun spot with great happy hour, upbeat service, and sparse aesthetic. I'm not a fan of the open floor plan, but you can tell this place is great for groups. The place completely filled up by the time we left and the space rang out with lively conversation. I do like the hanging lights and the design of the bar. Go during happy hour and enjoy some great dishes and drinks for very agreeable prices. my mini-burger was flavorful and deceptively filling for the size, and the fries were scrumptious. Definitely wanted to lick that plate clean. My friend is more of a regular and he got two tacos and swears by them. Our server was friendly and patient when my friend kept getting distracted and couldn't make a food decision. Always approaching with a smile on his face, he seemed in good spirits and never made us feel rushed. He was attentive with drink refills and responsive to our questions.

This place was koo. I would def come back to try more of their food menu. Drink wise- nothing crazy and exciting for me. I ordered the smoke and fire and it was a basic mezcal drink. I would say the highlight of this visit was the fish tacos. Pretzel was nothing crazy and although the cauliflower was tasty - it had too much sauce.

Came here for lunchtime. Got the Black Angus Basin Burger which was pretty delicious. It doesn't come with a side of fries, you'd have to order it separately. I got the sweet potato fries which were also pretty delicious as well. Service: our server was awesome. She was attentive and had great customer service. Ambiance: I had lunch on a weekday, so it wasn't too busy or crowded at this time. It's a good place to chill and eat with friends after hanging out in downtown Monrovia.
